UI upgrade!

So I somehow managed to figure out how to code the statue onto the menu. And as you can see there are some changes, I am getting ride of the "Infamy" at least for the time being, since I don't really have too much interesting thing for it to do. 

Also, I made it so the date is now managed by actual window and text, while I was on it.

 And I am changing "Citizen Satisfaction" to "Prosperity", it's not the best match  but it will have to do,  since "Citizen Satisfaction" is just a bit too long .

-bug fix, now Locust Plague only last for at most 2 months.
-bug fix, fix the bug where Portrait for the Duke won't express properly.
-bug fix, now talking to Nighveil after paying him actually continues to the next step.
