Today, I took a lot of time looking for/ editing the right "slapping sound effect" to be used as pumping in the event I am working on at the moment.
Only after I finished doing that did I realize that I already got it covered with another sound effect that doesn't even need tweaking....
I feel pretty stupid right now...

(Like goblins, orcs, kobolds, Minotaur, tentacles..etc)
I think that will fit in well with your setting, also pregnancy, that's a must!(if you want)

DeleteAs to your question about monster: Sorry, but I don't think there'd be room for the humanoid ones, but tentacles, maybe.
And pregnancy would be very unlikely other than in some future endings, since it'd require at least double the picture variations, and dozens of scenarios with how everyone react to it, depends on who the father is. Since, well the protagonist is the queen. Let along what happens after the baby get born.
I mean, I am not against pregnancy, but just thinking about everything that would have to come with it gives me a headache. Sorry.
