Status Report

Finished her portrait pic and the sprites.

I switched the stocking(?) from the original sketch, so everything won't be all on her left side, and it'd look more balanced overall.

Now back to more non graphic things, mainly writing. I also managed to add the option for raising/lowering tax rate while finishing the art work. Of course raising tax rate has consequences.
