Hey guys how's it going on? Hope you are all doing alright.
I made a new "Reform" category in the throne room decisions, which spends money to reform the system and raise the tax base, originally is 28 in the current version, but in the future it will start at a lower number (exact number still pending). Since I got feedbacks saying it's too easy to horde money early on, and the tax income doesn't seem to be growing enough for a late game big army, I believe this will solve both problems.
Also, you can see the art for the next event I am currently working on, there are also variations I prepared, I will avert from talking about the context for now:
